Luxin is a travel and transportation platform that provides chauffeur-driven car rental, airport transfers, and VIP transportation services.

By using Luxin, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Luxin enables users to:

  • Enter pickup and destination locations

  • View estimated distance-based pricing

  • Request chauffeur-driven transportation services

  • Track trips via live map functionality during active rides

Luxin acts as a technology platform facilitating transportation services and does not guarantee the availability of vehicles or drivers at all times.

  1. BOOKINGS AND PRICING

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices are calculated based on distance, route, service type, and other applicable factors

  • Displayed prices are estimates unless otherwise stated

  • Final prices may vary due to route changes, waiting time, or service adjustments

4.2 Payment

  • Payments are processed securely.

  • Luxin does not store or process credit or debit card information

  1. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate pickup, destination, and contact details

  • Treat drivers respectfully and comply with applicable laws

You must not:

  • Misuse the App or interfere with its operation

  • Use the App for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

  • Attempt to access systems or data not authorized to you

  1. LOCATION SERVICES

The App requires location access to:

  • Calculate distance-based pricing

  • Assign drivers

  • Provide live map and real-time trip tracking

Disabling location services may prevent core features from functioning properly.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • Cancellation policies, waiting times, and no-show rules may vary depending on service type and location

  • Failure to appear at the pickup location within the specified waiting period may result in charges

  • Specific cancellation terms may be displayed within the App at the time of booking

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the App

  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation

  • That services will meet all user expectations

  1. LIMITATION IF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays, service interruptions, or route deviations

  • Actions or conduct of drivers or third parties

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.


  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the App

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

  1. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We are required to do so by law

  • Continued use poses a security or legal risk

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.


  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be effective upon publication in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
